Click tracks and delay pedals speak different languages. The Time Bandit acts as the interpreter — converting a standard click track signal from a metronome, drum machine, or DAW into the tap-tempo pulse that external-tap delay pedals understand. A built-in BPM generator means you don't need an external click track source at all; the Time Bandit can generate its own at any tempo you dial in. Two connections, simple operation, a problem solved that has plagued studio and live players since delay pedals first got tap tempo inputs.
