Warranty Overview

V2 & V3 Series Pedals
Limited Lifetime Warranty

Covered at no cost for the lifetime of the product. Certain exclusions apply (physical damage, modifications, etc.). See our full Warranty page for details.

V1 Series Pedals
Flat $45 Repair Fee

V1 series pedals are repaired at a flat rate of $45 USD regardless of the issue. This covers parts, labor, and return shipping.

1 SPOT Pro Series
5-Year Limited Warranty

CS6, CS7, CS11, CS12, XP5, XP5-PS, and XP8-PS are covered by a 5-Year Limited Warranty from the original date of purchase.

1 SPOT® Adapter
1-Year Limited Warranty

The original 1 SPOT® compact adapter is covered for 1 year from the original date of purchase.
